Description:
The seminar features a keynote speech titled “Communicating with Light: A New Dawn in the Information Age” to be delivered by Dr. Daniel Raible. Dr. Raible serves as optical communications subject matter expert at NASA John H. Glenn Research Center. In this seminar, he will talk about the emergence of laser technology to provide communication and navigation services to spacecraft throughout the solar system.  The speech is interdisciplinary, including engineering, science, technology, and management. The speaker will also share his career development, insight, and experiences.
 
There is no registration or participation fee.
 
The attendees are recommended to do meter parking or to use the visitor parking spots in CSU garages.
