Linking Engineering Talent to Opportunity

Attention Engineering Students

The Northeast Ohio Council on Higher Education is co-hosting (with Greater Cleveland Partnership and Greater Akron Chamber) a free event for engineering students on 10/13 in Independence.

The "Linking Engineering Talent to Opportunity" event is a free networking and professional development event for students to learn about co-ops, internships, and other career opportunities. It will be on 10/13 at the Civic Center in Independence (6363 Selig Dr.) and run from 1:00 to 5:00. Many companies, such as GE Lighting, Codonics, Aclara RF Systems, Aero-Instruments Company, Alphaport, Mar-Bal, and Lincoln Electric, will be there to meet and network with students.

David Peace, VP of Engineering at Swagelok and President of the Cleveland Engineering Society, is the featured speaker.

Students should send their resumes (to register for the event) to Sean McKinniss at smckinniss@noche.org.  Resumes must be received by October 6.

Dress professionally, bring multiple copies of your resume, and be prepared to impress!
